The Advantage System provides control for the material engineer. This control allows customers to achieve the performance requirements needed for their parts. CPI Binani works with its customers to complete a Product Requirements Document (PRD). This PRD defines the performance requirements, design requirements, environmental factors, use factors, and many additional features which must be accounted for in order to achieve success with your finished part.

The Advantage System utilizes tightly controlled gravimetric feeders and carefully analyzed measures to make sure that the component elements of the part are delivered in the correct quantities to meet the performance requirements of the entire part.
Additionally, the Advantage System provides uniform distribution of fiber reinforcement so that the entire part performs as required. As a part of the PPAP process, the Advantage System allows for manipulation of the variables in the production process to produce an ideal part.

CPI Binani has served a wide variety of customers over the last 20+ years. We are focused on delivering a good product through a very aggressive APQP process. Our APQP process is indicative of our strong automotive history.
CPI Binani makes large parts that require the performance that is delivered by glass fiber reinforcement. We replace heavier parts with lighter and we replace components that suffer degradation from the elements with composites that are able to withstand exposure to a wide variety of environmental, chemical, and physical challenges.
An additional advantage to composite parts from CPI Binani is cost reduction through elimination of assemblies. We have taken as many as 48 parts requiring assembly and reduced that to a single composite product.
